MORE SHORTWAVE @ In The City

Shortwave put on their usual sleazy performance at ITC getting them invited down to Camden Monarch on the 24th October as one of the best three bands of this year as voted by Barfly, who came down to film the event unexpectedly. All tales of party blagging, swish hotels and Lance hitting on various female interviewers are not to be understated with time.

Playing at the Atlas Bar in a near "shop window" set up, led to a host of pavement watchers trying to get in. Whether or not the crowd then moved up the road to Dixons to watch the end of Heartbeat is unknown. Confusion reigned as to Damian and his dances moves, as most people thought he was a psycho out on care in the community and nothing to do with the band. A great reaction.

So if you still haven't caught them, get down to the Monarch and check them out. Prices are £4 with flyer £6 without. Arrangements are being made to obtain a load of flyers. Tickets can be ordered through Barfly.
